STAR WARS Zero Company does not have a romance system. Relationships between operators instead develop through Bonds, teamwork and progression systems such as Cross-training. If you are looking for dating routes, the direct answer is no; if you want the squad to cooperate more effectively, Bonds are the relevant mechanic.

What Bonds represent
Bonds grow through cooperation and interactions between operators. They are part of developing a company that works together, rather than a set of romance choices. Cross-training provides permanent improvements, and strong Bond development can unlock passive benefits.
Keep Bond progression distinct from the operator’s other development. Focus Points are used for abilities and talents; choosing a class or spending progression resources is not the same thing as selecting a relationship route. The game’s terminology describes overlapping parts of a tactical squad, not interchangeable currencies.

Use Call for Backup during the turn
Each turn, one randomly selected operator can Call for Backup and ask a teammate to assist their next attack. The setup costs no AP and cooperation contributes to Bonds. Check which operator has the opportunity before finalizing your attacks.
That does not give every operator an unrestricted free extra attack on demand. It is a particular cooperative opportunity with an eligible caller. Look at the situation and the available teammate rather than assuming the same pair can repeat the same sequence every turn.

A useful observation about support roles
Arekkz Gaming’s gameplay preview highlights Medic healing and support as opportunities for Bond development, and discusses rotating that role. This is the creator’s observation from gameplay—not a tested universal fastest method and not a requirement for every operator pair.
The broader, dependable habit is to notice chances to cooperate while keeping the mission objective in view. A Bond-focused action still competes with positioning, injuries and the rest of your tactical plan. Consult the combat guide if the AP and Advantage decisions are the part causing trouble.

Where to focus between missions
At The Den, pay attention to operator interactions and review the development options available to the team. These systems support the squad’s ongoing growth; they do not introduce romance outcomes that EA has ruled out.
For character backgrounds rather than progression mechanics, see characters and companions. For the headquarters routine surrounding those interactions, see The Den.
